Message	part of this will be that if there are no witnesses, it's really up to the insurance company to decide liability and depends on who's testimony they believe more. If the "old lady" is disputing who's at fault, you may be stereotyped more as liable due to age and type of vehicle. I certainly hope not, but maybe ask your insurance company if you could take a lie detector test along with the other party. Good luck!
